2. Services Offered
EnglishWithDivya is an IELTS & Spoken English coaching institute based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We offer the following services:
- IELTS Coaching: Comprehensive preparation for the IELTS Academic and General Training examinations, covering all four modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- TOEFL Coaching: Structured training for the TOEFL iBT examination, focusing on reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Spoken English Classes: Fluency-building and confidence-enhancement programs designed for students, professionals, and individuals seeking to improve their everyday English communication skills in Jaipur.
3. Enrollment and Fees
Enrollment in our programs is subject to the following conditions:
- Course fees and batch details will be discussed during the consultation or counseling session. Fee structures may vary based on the program, duration, and batch type selected.
- Full payment of the applicable course fee must be completed before the batch start date. Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- EnglishWithDivya reserves the right to modify fee structures at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect students who have already completed their enrollment and payment.
- Payment can be made through accepted modes as communicated during enrollment (UPI, bank transfer, cash, etc.).
4. Class Schedule and Attendance
By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following:
- Class schedules, batch timings, and session durations will be communicated at the time of enrollment. EnglishWithDivya reserves the right to reschedule or adjust class timings if necessary, with prior notice to students.
- Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal learning outcomes. Students who miss classes are responsible for covering the material on their own or through available resources.
- EnglishWithDivya is not obligated to provide makeup classes or additional sessions for missed classes due to personal reasons.
- In case of holidays, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled and students will be notified accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- No refunds will be issued once classes have begun. By attending your first class, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
- A partial refund may be considered if a written request is submitted within 3 days of enrollment, provided that no classes have been attended during this period.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email or in person at our institute. Verbal requests will not be entertained.
- Processing of approved refunds may take up to 7–10 business days.
- Any promotional discounts, offers, or fee waivers applied at the time of enrollment are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All study materials, content, resources, and intellectual property provided by EnglishWithDivya are protected by copyright law:
- Course materials, handouts, practice tests, worksheets, video recordings, and any other content provided during the program are the exclusive property of EnglishWithDivya.
- Students are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, sharing, uploading, or reselling any course materials in any form — physical or digital — without prior written consent from EnglishWithDivya.
- The EnglishWithDivya name, logo, and website content are proprietary and may not be used without authorization.
7. Student Conduct
Students enrolled in our programs are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment:
- Any form of disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during classes, on institute premises, or in online sessions will not be tolerated.
- Students must respect fellow learners, instructors, and staff at all times.
- EnglishWithDivya reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment without refund in cases of serious misconduct, harassment, or violation of these Terms.
- Use of mobile phones during class sessions should be limited to educational purposes only, unless otherwise directed by the instructor.
8. Limitation of Liability
EnglishWithDivya strives to provide the best possible coaching and guidance. However, please note the following:
- EnglishWithDivya does not guarantee any specific band scores, test results, or outcomes in IELTS, TOEFL, or any other examination. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and preparation.
- We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or materials.
- EnglishWithDivya is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors on the website or during online sessions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Communication
By enrolling in our programs or submitting your contact details through our website, you consent to the following:
- You agree to receive communications from EnglishWithDivya via WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, and email regarding class updates, schedule changes, exam tips, promotional offers, and other relevant information.
- You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us directly. However, essential communications related to your enrollment and classes will continue to be sent.
- EnglishWithDivya will not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
